my theory is that after twilight's mortal friends inevitably died. she fell into a great state of depression and was unable to keep up with royal duties, due to her severely affected mental state, she could not protect her kingdom and keep peace. thus leading to the great species war that is mentioned in g5.

When I was in high school I was in a radio broadcasting class and for our final the entire class had to collaborate on a script for an episode of whatever cartoon we chose to turn it into a radio play. We ended up doing Scooby Doo, but I desperately wanted to do an episode for My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. Sometimes I think what our script would have looked like had we gone through with it. Maybe I'll do that as a little side project, just to fuel the hyperfixation.

As much as I love Rara's character growth and embracing her authentic love for music, Countess Coloratura is an absolute ICON and I love her. I wanna go rewatch her episode now.
