Oh shit right I never shared this

So fun fact, I storyboarded the entirety of my animatic on paper (mostly during lectures✨) and then proceeded to have this be some weird display in my room for actually like 4 months

I love having free will and an empty coffee table in my room

SO UUUUUHHHHHH hi guys, guess who went on a long ass hiatus without a word and didn't even really realize how long it's been :)

I am sorry for not saying a word about it but i did really need a break from posting, i still created art (through massive amounts of art block around every corner but still). I am also planning to get back to posting by posting the art I created during this hiatus

I've also stopped making dsmp art, feel free to unfollow me if that's what you're here for, I still watch what happens but I've felt very unmotivated to draw them, especially how just about all arcs are coming to a close. That's why I'm just gonna post multifandom/oc related art from now, no specific fandom until i get hyperfocused on something for a long time again but that might take some time

But away with that, I finally feel ready to start posting again, not gonna make myself a schedule or anything because no<3, i have a life and other hobbies from just drawing, I'd rather keep my sanity, art's gonna come when I make it

I've been trying to get to drawing since yesterday morning; I was blessed with cool ideas while trying to get out of bed and immediately sketched out multiple drawing ideas, but then I got distracted by my brothers blabbering and then my fam had a whole trip for most of the day and when we finally came back home my brother wouldn't stop bothering me to go play Terraria with him (this had been going on for about 2 full days by then), man's literally bought me the game and so we kinda spaced out gaming and suddenly it was 12:30 am and I would like to actually get some sleep.

Skip forward to today uuhh I'm leaving again :|, not for that long, I'll be back in like noon but bros, I will literally die. I want to draw. Why is everything keeping from doing so o(-(

Ahem...this will take a while

I've only really had like 3 usernames in all my time on the internet: the first actual username I used (that I remember using anyway) has my dead name plus a silly adjective I liked back when I was in early middle school; second properly used username I had was literally just my preferred full name that still remains on some social media I haven't used in years and then there's my beloved backpack of the evil variety that I made up over 4 years ago.

It was originally evil.in.your.backpack but then I went to change my username on my socials and that simply wouldn't fit in some sooooo I improvised, narrowed it down to BackpackEvil and ended up liking it more than the og so I just stuck it on every social I use on the same day and yippee that hasn't changed

I can only say that I didn't even have a proper reason for the evils in backpacks kind of username, I just kinda accidentally thought of it while trying to decide on a new username and it stuck

"backpack" is also what I called my sona for the past 4 years (that thing was on most of my profiles the entire 4 years until literally less than a month ago when I picked up my current one of Kaito). I actually designed backpack right before sitting down to think of a name for it (so I guess the username was kinda inspired by this sona)

The sona was always very edgy and shit so idk, the "evil" part kinda stuck. Honestly bLackpackevil also goes into the edgy ass theme so yeah, you definitely got the vibe :D

Also here's some instances of backpack (their design has changed over 4 entire ass years, don't worry about it)

I don't really use them anymore tho, I just draw a chibi version of my irl self because I've grown to like it more than drawing an entire complicated design (sorry backpack)

Y'know, these little guys

(yes I have split dyed black and lightened dark blond hair and I love black and white half and half motifs in my clothing AND I'M NOT BEATING THE DANGANRONPA ALLEGATIONS I KNOW, THIS HAS BEEN MY HAIR AND STYLE SINCE BEFORE THE DR BRAINROT YOU GOTTA BELIEVE ME)

The only thing I can add I guess is that the want to include backpacks in my username kinda came from the fact that (IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY) this was around the time I first tried stitching pins for my school backpack and so my backpack looked sick as fuck because it was customized with nerdy pins from games and anime I liked and well, what can you do I am a nerd after all (some of those pins are still holding up and are on my current main bag lol)

What's funny about that tho is that I can't wear backpacks anymore :D I haven't been using backpacks for like 2 years

That's not a joke, there's some weird issue with the skin on my back and wearing messenger bag/shoulder bag style bags is basically my only choice of not giving my back any more permanent scars

But yeah, backpackevil is kinda catchy and I still like it so I haven't changed it in 4 entire years now and am not planning to any time soon :P

Okay so

I have an adventure to tell

This requires some context I believe

Basically, first and only time I've ever eaten carrot pie was like a decade ago and I only remember two things about it:

1. My sister baked it

2. It was fucking delicious

And so since yesterday, for some bloody reason, I've been dreading some carrot pie. It was (pun intended) eating me from the inside

And so today I bravely declared to my family while eating dinner that I wanted to bake a carrot pie (which was hella weird, especially for my mum because that woman knows I hate cooking with my entire being)

This led to my mom mentioning that she still had all her cooking notes from like middleschool and highschool and she KNEW there was a carrot pie recipe in there somewhere

So off we went to look for these sacred texts

Long story short, me and my brother made fun of said notes for about 15 minutes because they were written by a 7th grader, looked horrible and were barely readable (I'm talking we misread so many words words, saw multiple spelling mistakes and the fucking steps had a duplicate 2nd step and was missing the 9th step)

After getting through that I finally got to the actual making of The Pie™

During this process I prepared shit, my mum helped me prepare other shit and during the first half my brother was going through the other cooking recipes in this over 30 year old notebook, proceeded to point out any horrible handwriting or spelling mistakes and was in general making this even funnier

He found somewhere written the Lituanian word for tea - 'arbata' and it was written so horribly he misread it as abortion

Somewhere in this adventure I started like jokingly having a breakdown over eggs

Also the recipe didn't have any heat for the oven so we winged it

Anyway it's baking now, I will absolutely update this on whether it's good or not

I've recently gotten back into cookie run kingdom and when I say "recently" I mean literally a week ago and uh

How the hell have I pulled 6 entire ass legendary (or adjacent to their rarity) cookies in actually a week????

Like I cannot explain how this happened

Multiple of these were duplicates sure BUT STILL????? A WEEK?????????

AND these were from the completely normal pulls that have all cookies ever so like????? Huh??????
