This post describes how I feel about politics perfectly
The liberal culture of perpetually walking on eggshells, fearing that whatever you say might offend somebody, or (alternatively) feeling like you are always a victim to everybody's microaggressions is extremely unhealthy.
The conservative culture of perpetually being rude under the guise of "just saying it like it is", completely disregarding that what you say might offend somebody, or entering into conversations always on the defense is extremely unhealthy.
People in both left and right political groups who fit within these behavioral patterns seem to operate off of getting high from feeling righteousness.
These behavioral trends in both groups breed authoritarianism, paranoia, ignorance, aggression, ideological purity, and black and white thinking.
Preach!! I'd add harassment to this as well though. Nobody deserves to be harassed.
Female cops don't deserve rape
Tradwifes don't deserve rape
Conservative women don't deserve rape
Fascist women don't deserve rape
""Terfs"" do not deserve rape
MRA women don't deserve rape
Disagreeable women in general do not deserve rape
No woman no matter her shitty ideology deserves to be sexually abused

I'm also gonna say right now that I have strong political views but at the end of the day if I respond to a political post with my own view it's nothing personal. Just sick of people calling me "cis".
Our political views don't define us and I like to keep political conversation cordial so keep that in mind. We shouldn't be throwing around insulting words when debating that just makes it worse! Please hit me up if you wanna have a friendly conversation 🙂

I know it’s fiction. I know it’s fiction. But guys, it’s kids. Is there no line at all? Is there not a point where we have to stop and say “wait, this maybe isn’t okay” ? The sheer numbers of Finney x Grabber fics popping up in the last couple days is making me so, so nauseous.
The fact that this many people are reading and making this content without saying anything like “wow that was really dark, you’re a good horror writer” tells me there’s more at play here, especially when you look at these people’s accounts and they’re riddled with minor porn fics.

Just got back from watching "Black Phone" and I'm in love with this movie!! I LOVED THE END, THE WHOLE THEATRE WAS CHEERING FINNY ON AND I WAS LOVING IT!!! I will definitely be buying this to watch again, it was the perfect amount of terrifying and suspenseful! Usually movies don't scare me but god damn I screamed out loud at this one. 😊😊
