I think I'm the most hated person in the Voltron fandom

What I mean by this is all my Voltron ships are straight and none of them are the hugely popular ones. I ship plance pidge x lance ( but i shipped that even before learning pidge was a girl) Kallura Keith x Allura and hunk x shay ( I have no idea what that ship name is)

Personally the main reason I don’t ship it is because it wouldn’t make sense story wise since a huge part of lance and Keith relationship is the classic anime rivalry with Keith the born prodigy and Lance the hardworking goofball who’s trying his best to out do Keith also the whole blade of Marmoma storyline with Keith wouldn’t make sense of Keith and lance were dating

hating klance is totally understandable and fair. i can see why a lot of people would find it unintersting, and it’s VERY hard to not associate klance with the more rabid shippers because of how vocal they are in the fandom (plus, the ship is extremely popular in general, seeing it everywhere can get tiring lol).

but like…regardless of where your stance is on shipping, you gotta admit that it’s not harmful. there’s nothing genuinely wrong about it plot-wise or in terms of morality. so how do you not see the hypocrisy in going out of your way to personally attack and demonize shippers out of spite, because it’s commonly associated with antis?

like, dude, we hate your ships because they promote unhealthy concepts. you hate klance because you want “””revenge””” for that. the least you can do is acknowledge it???
