Venus is focused on the past, forever Trapped in the apex of his glory and if he's given the chance, he'll return to it. Earth, unsurprisingly, has forgotten the past, either due to a traumatic event affecting him, or because he willingly blocked it out of his memories on his own volition. Mars fully moved on from the past, accepts his mistakes and continues to move forward.

solarballs thoughtpost. ive been thinking about this fandoms character interpretation cuz solarballs writing team has usual consistent character writing but it also has like really easy projectability ?? like u have the characters as they are and everyone in this fandom has there own little things they think about them and their own favs even when they don’t have a lot of center focus. using earth as an example here cuz hes my fav i feel like i tend to keep his “oh im the best!” side yknow in the joking way, bc i feel like thatd be a natural progression of his character. at the same time i also make him a bit more upbeat than he is in the show as after his arc he’s honestly mellowed out a bit of his energy he had in the start which MAKES SENSE i guess i just have his character in mind where hes talked about stuff and had the #healing arc. used earth as an example but its so cool to see what others designs and interpretations of the characters are too. and then theres like certain things that connect designs but everyone adds their own touch i just find that so cool. bc solarballs while yes has character consistency it isnt a character focused show, more of a plot one. i do think they keep character exploration and plot pretty equal but at the same time i feel like theres a lot u can do with the solarballs characters as is and its so cool to see that explored in this fandom. Okay thought post over hehe

Mercury and Venus

The Solarballs hyperfixation was coming back, and I couldn't help but give in and draw the planets. The first ones on the list are the Rocky Planets (I'm still making Earth's and Mars')

I'll eventually draw Wordgirl stuff again soon, but I need to get that motivation back again because it kinda died out last month 😭 I'll still try though because I wanna draw the Butcher again

A little something I also decided to add to this part (I thought it might be unnoticeable so I decided to mention it now):

In one of Venus' pins, I included the Zoozve (or 2002 VE68) asteroid, which I heard was a quasi-moon of Venus (but not really bound to it). Even though it isn't really its official moon, I still wanted to add it in there anyway because why not 😭 Feel free to correct me though because this is new info for me (well I actually found this out a couple of months back but remembered it again during the making of my version of Venus' humanoid design)
