Alfred: Vampires are shapeshifters. Vampires have the ability to transform not only into bats, but also wolves and rats. Arthur usually takes the form of a small bat, and I, a wolf. Our icon is the both of us in our preferred animal forms.

Arthur: Although, it’s important to note that we can only change forms at the break of dawn, dusk, midnight, noon, or when the moon is highest in the sky.

((This is something I took and modified from Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Everyone knows the bat thing, but Dracula’s vampire is one of my favourites, so I borrowed some of the lore.))

“Alfred: Hey Arthur, do you suppose there’s a heaven? Arthur: Even if there were, we wouldn’t be allowed in. Alfred: Why not? Arthur: *scoffs* We’re vampires, remember? Alfred: So? If there is a God, I know he’d be kind. We’ve never hurt anyone. I’m sure he’d welcome us in his kingdom! Arthur: *mumbles* So innocent…” … Arthur: It wasn’t a date exactly… Alfred had only just become a vampire; he was still so young. But somehow I always end up thinking about it…
