I hope this message finds you well. This is Mahmoud Jihad, hailing from Gaza. Recently, we experienced a devastating loss—our home 🏠, my university 🎓, and everything familiar is gone. Currently, my family and I are living in a flimsy tent 🏕️, struggling to get by. I was pursuing a degree in Information Technology and supporting my family, but now we're facing extremely difficult circumstances. 😔

We find ourselves trapped in Gaza amid massive destruction 🏚️, and winter has brought with it the biting cold 🥶. Here is my story. My family of five and I were living a peaceful and stable life in our beautiful little house. We worked hard to provide a decent life for our three children, and they were proud to see our children learn and grow in a safe and stable environment. But in a sudden moment, their lives changed forever.

The disaster happened when our house was completely destroyed due to the war. They lost everything: their home, their source of income, and even their children’s education. They became homeless and insecure, living in difficult and dangerous conditions. The children, who used to go to school with joy and hope, are now deprived of their most basic rights to education, and live in constant fear.

And now. My husband and I are trying hard to secure their basic needs, but we face great challenges. Every day is a struggle for survival, and an attempt to rebuild what they lost. Despite the pain and suffering, there is still hope in our hearts that we can rebuild our lives with the support of kind people. 💔🙏🙏
