My throat hurts like a bitch so i wanted to take a painkiller

It's stuck in my throat even after 3 cups of water so my throat hurts even more 😭

and right now i don't feel like i can handle a 4th cup

I'm hungry but i don't wanna eat anything because i'm scared it'll get stuck too and i'll suffocate or vomit everything painfully 😥

I can barely breathe, i'm freezing cold even with 3 blankets and the heat turned to the max, my eyes stings, my bones hurt and i can barely keep myself from crying, hope you're having a good day/night, thanks god my friends told me there was a strike tomorrow because i don't even know if i'll still be alive and able to last the whole day like that
