By popular request ;D Holmes being neurodivergent was something I thought about a lot while writing the game (channelling my own experiences a lot of the time!) and I know that our director discussed it with the actors, too. This is definitely not all the scenes or even the most prominent examples, but they're the ones that felt non-spoilery!
This is from my Sherlock Holmes point and click game The Beekeeper's Picnic which releases March 26th 2025!

some Star Trek doodles I did during a family reunion yesterday🫡 Here's a very rough sketch of the Enterprise too lol:
Man I hate hearing opinions about movies or episodes that I care about, but haven't watched yet
I can deal with positive ones better, but even those are annoying because I'm afraid my feelings about it won't live up to that perception🧍 Negative ones are even worse though because why would you influence my watching experience like this?? I just wanted to enjoy something fun, but now you've got me wanting to prove you wrong by feeling different about it (due to me caring about said media while the other person will usually dislike it in these cases) while also wanting to take your valid opinion into consideration and see your point, so then I'm stuck feeling conflicted about it EVEN THOUGH I JUST WANTED TO ENJOY THIS, JUST LET ME WATCH IT IN PEACE AND BUILD MY OWN SECURE OPINION BEFORE HAVING IT INFLUENCED ALREADY🥸
Little Connor has finally gotten his hair after months of waiting and I could finally attach his LED as well :D
I must've messed up while counting the length of some of his hairstrands, that's why his hair is such a mess, but he's my very first crochet project so he's very much allowed to have that🙂↕️
Now for his jacket👀🦫
Made a typo while talking to @lindin-doodles so naturally this exists now
‼️!SPOILERS OF COURSE!‼️
Firstly: Spock getting Kirk a good book and Bones getting him reading glasses makes me think about them discussing what each of them should get him for his birthday and trying to coordinate it accordingly
Secondly: "You keep missing the target!" No comment, just pure badassery from Kirk (and fear for the people around him)
And now I'm gonna copy and paste the thoughts that I'd typed out about the probably most important scene in this movie right after having watched it:
Mmmmmm Kirk didn't know that Spock was dying, kept thanking/complimenting Scotty for the good work over the intercoms (?)/communicator and actually thought they had made it out and everything was fine and safe now, only to have a distressed McCoy on the comms just a seemingly peaceful moment later, urging Kirk to come there. Now. and Kirk's immediate thought is Spock and so he runs and is absolutely trying/willing to throw open that door to get to Spock before he gets held back and reminded that this would kill everyone else :( And then Spock gets up, straightens his uniform and after just having cowered in the corner with his back turned, walks up to Kirk to speak with him and tell him that he shouldn't grief (oof) and that it was his logical solution to the Kobayashi Maru and that he had never taken it before and as he slides down, pressed against the glass, Kirk follows him closely, most likely trying to stay as close to him as possible for as long as he could
And then Spock takes off his protective glove and tells Kirk to llap and Kirk presses his hand against the glass too and they touch but can't really🫠
Needless to say, I am excited for The Search For Spock lol🧍
incoming !DBH SPOILERS! TW: concentration camp
I mostly want to mention that 1. I’m glad I managed to play Markus in a consequently pacifist way, love that guy 2. I’m glad I managed to have Connor become deviant while having a stable friendship with Hank and 3. Kara wasn’t as lucky in my playthrough. She ended up in a camp with Alice, while Luther had died at Rose’s house. The camps and their obvious references to world war 2 were devastating to see them go through, as someone who has learned about these events multiple times throughout my school life and who has visited two of the camps that still stand as memorials, reminders and informative sites due to the fact that I’m German, seeing Kara and Alice be stripped of their identity and forced to look less/not human to be degraded and most likely easier to kill, seeing the lifeless bodies being loaded onto trucks, seeing the two of them stand in these lines without any clothes despite Alice already freezing during winter, Kara trying desperately to get back to Alice while having to obey the guards enough to not get killed on-sight before they’d both be forced to walk into the machine and end up dead anyway together. It was a cruel thing to watch and a tragic way to end their story. I’m very happy with my first endings though, because this may be one of the most intriguing ways this game could end for me, I’m definitely gonna replay some of it to see some alternative endings though, for example RK-900 didn’t appear at all in my game, didn’t even know that was possible and Kara, Alice and Luther deserve their happy ending in Canada being a family of three, I really hope that’ll be possible on my next attempt
I just finished Detroit Become Human for the first time and I’m in desperate need to talk about it
Guess my favorite Arcane character challenge
level: impossible
I wonder if there would be a possibility for the people in Detroit to make these kind of jaffa cakes for androids and instead of the orange juice stuff it's thirium, I wonder what kind of material could be used for the biscuit part of it though since androids don't seem to have a more solid version of food from what I've seen, I only know about thirium🤔
I just learned that people use the word doylist to describe an out-of-universe perspective for fiction and watsonian for an in-universe perspective and this is my favorite thing I’ve learned today, how great is that, I may just start using this as a fun-fact from now on, apologies to anyone who is going to have a conversation with me within the next few days because I WILL mention it🧍
