biter !! shows both affection and aggression through biting on top of it being a stim for her. she bites when excited or triggered , it's her response for all really intense emotions good or bad or when she's nonverbal / struggling with words. when she's triggered she bites more at herself or anybody who attempts to touch her. it's pretty clear when she's biting out of love / excitement versus in an attempt to protect herself or inflict pain.
chronic chewer , chews up any and everything that she can whether its a toy , item of clothing or one of her thumbs or fingers. if it fits in her mouth then that's where it's going !! big fan of teethers and chew toys but doesn't have any of her own : c.
such a silly pup !! she's a barker , whether its because she needs attention or is just excited about something !! chases her tail a lot and shakes her butt when she's excited like she's shaking a tail. playful little pup , loves to fetch things even when she's not asked.
follows around caitlyn like it's her duty. always doing little things for her to earn praise and growls at people who threaten her cait.
she's super obedient , getting really upset if she ever breaks a rule by mistake. she tends to get self destructive often hiding from others or biting at herself more.
LOVES pets and head pats those are sure to get her barking and wagging her tail. head pats make her feel sooo tiny. she gets super happy and stimmy whenever someone uses puppy pet names on her. yes she's mama's good puppy that's her that's her !!
not a big talker. she mostly communicates through whines and barks or through her biting. she's fairly nonverbal and being asked to speak is really upsetting to her. only exception is cait going "use your words pup" when they're all alone and cait's having trouble helping her. she wants to be a good puppy for caitlyn.
very accident prone which is sooo super frustrating for her. she gets over excited and doesn't realize she's gotta go before it's too late. she cries about it and instinctively hides because she feels like a bad pup and is mortified and scared. caitlyn is really gentle with her and understanding though , bringing up the idea of padding which upsets maddie at first. over time she gets used to it though and she must admit.. it Does help. nevertheless can be quite fussy about it.

✿-If you don’t feel like showering but hate the feel of grease in your hair, try rinsing in the sink. Try and wash away the oils with water even if just a little bit.
✿-If you struggle with binge eating, especially when stressed, NEVER plan a diet or a “redemption” activity (fast, workout, etc). For my eating problems, documenting my bests and my lows without critique is the biggest first step.
✿-For those who can’t shower for too long (physically or mentally not having the ability/energy), get a chair, and I recommend focusing on the hair first. Wet your hair with water for a bit, shampoo it and rub till oils melt and mix with the shampoo, clean your body with soap, and wash it all with just one rinse.
✿-If you struggle with anxiety, especially regarding public speech, try lining up some stuffies or dolls (anything human or animal-like works), and give speeches to them, as if you’re actually talking to real people, express your hidden opinions. This is not the same as talking in front of actual people, but a good head start for people with severe anxiety.
✿-Never do anything if you don’t feel like it (not talking about crucial responsibilities), if you can’t workout today, don’t. Didn’t journal today? That’s literally fine. Too tired to cook? Order food if you can. Point is, pushing yourself to do optional things just to look good is more physically/mentally draining than people realise it is.
✿-This will sound niche, but sleep is SO crucial. If you can sleep, do it. I see sleep as slightly more important than food, the effects of under-sleeping are actually horrifying if you search it up. Personally, lack of sleep worsens my binge episodes, as I have to eat more frequently and in quantity to compensate.
✿-If you struggle with anxiety/panic attacks/emotional overload, try playing Tetris/solve-match/puzzles.
✿-Speak aloud, even when no one’s around. Help yourself process your feeling to not get overwhelmed. This also helps with memory retention, I repeat stuff to myself when I study.
