It’s been so long since I last wrote for Inasa it’ll be exciting to try him again. I think he’d be the perfect romantic boyfriend, and he’d definitely shower you with gifts. I age up all my characters so you don’t have to worry about that! Another question... What’s your favorite food? - 💐
I saw your comment about your message getting deleted. That happened to me the other day! Sorry to hear that.
My favorite food varies depending on my mood and atmosphere. Currently, I have been enjoying bagels. Everything bagels are my absolute favorite. With cream cheese and honey.
Every writer inevitably gets to that scene that just doesn't want to work. It doesn't flow, no matter how hard you try. Well, here are some things to try to get out of that rut:
I know this doesn't sound like it'll make much of a difference, but trust me when I say it does.
Every single time I've tried this, it worked and the scene flowed magically.
If your book has multiple POV characters, it might be a good idea to switch the scene to another character's perspective.
9/10 times, this will make the scene flow better.
Oftentimes, a scene just doesn't work because you're not starting in the right place.
Perhaps you're starting too late and giving too little context. Perhaps some description or character introspection is needed before you dive in.
Alternatively, you may be taking too long to get to the actual point of the scene. Would it help to dive straight into the action without much ado?
If your scene involves dialogue, it can help immensely to write only the spoken words the first time round.
It's even better if you highlight different characters' speech in different colors.
Then, later on, you can go back and fill in the dialogue tags, description etc.
If nothing works, it's time to move on.
Rather than perpetually getting stuck on that one scene, use a placeholder. Something like: [they escape somehow] or [big emotional talk].
And then continue with the draft.
This'll help you keep momentum and, maybe, make the scene easier to write later on once you have a better grasp on the plot and characters.
Trust me, I do this all the time.
It can take some practice to get past your Type A brain screaming at you, but it's worth it.
So, those are some things to try when a scene is being difficult. I hope that these tips help :)

A New Life
Even after all these years, Gajeel doesn’t think he deserves happiness and considers fighting and protecting the ones he loves the only thing he’s good for. Luckily, he now has a family that reminds him there’s so much left to enjoy about life.
all fanfiction is funnier and sexier and vastly better-written when you read it at three in the morning, in the dark, lying on your side, tucked into bed, with screen rotate turned off. that’s just how it works. that’s just facts.
— “are you bit?!”
— “i’m not going anywhere with you until i know you’re not infected.”
— “i haven’t felt this safe in a long time.”
— “what did you used to do? y’know, before all this.”
— “not that i’m complaining, but where’d you learn to handle a gun like that?”
— “i never thought i’d be so glad for my dad’s camping advice.”
— “how do you still not know how to read maps?!”
— “c’mon, just take it. i’ve got food to spare and you look like you haven’t eaten in weeks.”
— “let’s get you cleaned up, yeah?”
— “how did you survive this long on your own?”
— “tinned peaches and chocolate pudding. breakfast of champions right here.”
— “what were things like before? do you remember it? i don’t know if i’d want to.”
— “how many rounds do you have left?”₁ “not nearly enough to take them all out.”₂
— “it’s nice to sleep under a proper roof for once.”
— “go on, get some rest. nothing will happen to you while i’m here, i promise.”

Inasa and his super short S/O??? Please and thank you :)
Inasa is a mood. Here you go, hun, I appreciate the politeness ^-^ -Calamari
Inasa literally cannot get enough of you.
Whenever you’re in crowds and you can’t see above everyone, he’ll put you on his shoulders.
He loves being wrapped around you when you’re cuddling. He absolutely needs to hold you at all times possible.
Sometimes, just to spite you, he’ll use his quirk to boost you up to his height. This usually comes after him saying he “can’t hear you from down there.”
He loves tossing you up in the air and catching you. He finds you to be absolutely adorable.
There are some days where he genuinely wants to be closer to you so he’ll have some winds beneath you carrying you around him.
He mostly does prefer carrying you on his shoulders, it’s the best place for him to be.
