Someone: I’d love to read some of your writing some time
Me, who never gets anything finished:
Currently my life.😧
In my life at least, there’s that heartbreaking moment when you realize … that the only thing that is keeping you going in life, that the only thing helping you get through the days, weeks, and months, that is making you look forward towards tomorrow is anime/manga or any show/book really.
When your life doesn’t have that much going for itself, you don’t realize how much you rely on all these different characters to give you all that you ask for whether that be those warm fuzzy feelings, uncontrollable laughing fits, or eager suspense and thrills, or even temporary anger/sadness fits.
You don’t know how much you depend on them to give you all of that, so that for that period of time, you forget all the troubles. It’s almost like having a best friend there, giving you new adventures to go on, never letting you feel bad while you’re with them.
Therefore when it all ends, it’s like that friend passed away, only leaving the happy memories they had with you for you just to replay, never making anymore. It leaves a physical ache in your chest, a hole if you will, making you wish for that friend to return and keep you company once more, to not let you face the horrible reality that is your life. You mourn that loss, and quickly try to fill that hole with the same size piece that you just lost.
Usually though, you either can’t find any pieces or you find similar pieces that fill in a good portion of that hole, but still leaves that gap.
It’s scary really, to think that you’re life is depending on some simple doodles/words …

I am still swooning over this canon couple. If Korra were to realize her dawning bisexuality, this is how it would look like in an alternate universe. And Asami being smooth af lol
literally me @ my prof right now
Aye, just your average incarnation of a jungle cat who likes to nap. This be my blog where I share the thingys I feel are funny or hella relevant.✌🏾
